At Alakhe Tech, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely manner, while ensuring that they are well-protected during transit. We understand the importance of efficient shipping, and we work diligently to meet your expectations.

Below is the Shipping Policy:

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (South Africa):

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days | Rate: Calculated at checkout

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days | Rate: Calculated at checkout

  • International Shipping:

  • Shipping times and rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
     

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., high order volume, postal service delays).
     

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
     

Shipping Partners

  • We work with reputable courier services, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local providers like The Courier Guy and Greenstone Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions.

  • Shipping partners are selected based on service speed, reliability, and coverage for your location.
     

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

  • Certain products may have restrictions based on your country’s import regulations. It is your responsibility to be aware of any restrictions.
     

Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Alakhe Tech is not responsible for any delays or holds caused by customs.
     

Failed Deliveries & Lost Packages

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the order may be returned to us. Reshipping fees will apply.

  • If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@alakhe.co.za within 7 days for assistance.
     

Shipping Address Changes

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.

Return & Exchange Policy

Alakhe Tech's return policy is designed to offer you peace of mind when making a purchase. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your choices, and our straightforward refund or exchange policy is aimed at providing you with the assurance that you can shop with confidence.
 
We understand that circumstances may change, and we are here to assist you in the event that you need to return or exchange a product. Our priority is to ensure that you have a positive experience with us, and we are dedicated to addressing any concerns you may have.

Below is the Return & Exchange Policy

 

You may return your product for a full refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

❌ We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened software or digital products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different model or found a defect? We’ll gladly assist with an exchange if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • The product is returned in original condition.

  • The item is covered by warranty for manufacturing defects (check your warranty details).

📦 Shipping for exchanges may be covered depending on the reason (e.g., manufacturing fault vs. customer preference).

⚙️ Warranty Support

All eligible products come with a 3-year warranty. If your item becomes faulty under normal use, we'll repair or replace it based on the warranty terms.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
